Empowering Voices: Our Community Building Circle for Youth
We are thrilled to announce that LTYC has been awarded the Legacy Grant by the Gutierrez Memorial Fund! This incredible opportunity allows us to create a vibrant mural at BayBrook Elementary/Middle School, and we couldn't be more excited to bring this vision to life. 🎨🖼️
Our journey began with a heartwarming Community Building Circle, where we gathered with students and parents to share ideas, discuss the project, and start building the foundation for our creative collaboration. The energy and enthusiasm from everyone involved have been truly inspiring, and we're eagerly looking forward to our upcoming creative meeting as we prepare for paint day in just a few weeks.
This mural is more than just art; it's a celebration of community, creativity, and the power of collaboration. Together, we're fostering a space where youth can express themselves, connect with their peers, and contribute to something lasting and meaningful.
