With guidance from LTYC's arts educator, Mr. Miles, our young artist is making a lasting impact through her work, honoring the city's leaders and inspiring others to express their talents.

Step into the world of creativity and transformation with LTYC's Stage Makeup Master Class, where students at Booker T. Washington Middle School for the Arts got hands-on experience preparing for their vibrant production of The Lion King Jr. From learning intricate makeup techniques to bringing iconic characters to life, this workshop empowered young actors to express their creativity and confidence both on and off the stage.

LTYC proudly hosted two talented student interns, Sofia and Leela, for the third year of Montgomery County's Summer RISE program! This incredible initiative provides high school juniors and seniors with hands-on career development opportunities, and at LTYC, we’re excited to support the next generation as they explore creative career paths and build the skills they need for a successful future.

The "Show Your Shine" Art Contest at LTYC celebrated the creative brilliance of our young artists, with submissions full of imagination, passion, and talent. We are thrilled to announce the top three winners, each showcasing unique visions that inspire and empower.
