Nurturing Future Leaders: Our Third Year with Summer RISE Interns

We're excited to share that LTYC recently had the honor of hosting Summer RISE interns for the third consecutive year! As part of this incredible program, we welcomed high school interns Sofia and Leela from Montgomery County, who brought their enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and eagerness to learn into our organization.

This year’s journey culminated at the Summer RISE Closing Ceremony, where we joined more than 1,000 students and countless organizations from the DMV area. It was a fantastic event filled with networking opportunities, connections, and shared experiences that will undoubtedly shape the futures of these bright young minds.

We are proud to be part of such a meaningful initiative, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to #SummerRISE2024 for allowing us to contribute to the professional growth and development of Sofia and Leela. Their time with us has been both inspiring and rewarding, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Summer RISE in the years to come.
